No Swimming in the Channel Ordinance 78-7(b)(5)
No person shall swim, wade, or otherwise loiter in any way, in the channel between Upper Phantom Lake and Lower Phantom Lake, at any time except as expressly authorized in writing by the Town of Mukwonago Chief of Police. No parent shall allow or fail to prevent their minor child from swimming, wading or otherwise loitering in anyway in the channel between Upper Phantom Lake and Lower Phantom Lake, at any time.
